Prepare/Enrich Program

Fotolia_101682967_Subscription_Monthly_MAs a Certified Facilitator with the Prepare/Enrich Program, I help couples improve their relationship skills and communication patterns, identify their strengths, work through challenging relationship areas that could benefit from growth, and gain a deeper understanding both themselves and their partner or spouse. With its “proven record for over thirty years, [the program] is the #1 guide for helping couples explore and strengthen their relationship.”
As a Facilitator, I administer the online assessment, interpret the report – (individualized to each couple), provide necessary and valuable feedback, teach proven and successful relationship skills, and guide couples through exercises that will improve the relationship or marriage. The assessment provides couples with a deeper look into their relationship, allowing them to uncover strengths they might have not known they had and learn the areas of their relationship that need more time and focus.

PREPARE/ENRICH is a customized couple assessment that is completed online by each person (both as a couple and on their own). The assessment identifies a couple’s strengths and areas that need growth and change. It’s used for couples who are paired up, considering engagement or engaged, or married. Based on each couple’s assessment results, I provide 3-4 feedback/follow up sessions where I help the couple discuss and understand their results. You are also taught proven relationship skills.

As indicated on their website, Prepare/Enrich.com, there are several goals of this program. Achievement of these goals is accomplished through specific exercises that couples do together to improve their relationship skills, communicate better, and improve their relationship.
This program helps couples:
  • Explore strength and growth areas
  • Strengthen communication skills
  • Identify and manage major stressors
  • Resolve conflict using the Ten Step Model
  • Develop a more balanced relationship
  • Explore family of origin issues
  • Discuss financial planning and budgeting
  • Understand and appreciate personality differences
  • Establish personal, couple, and family goals
How It Works:
The cost for each assessment is $35.00 and is paid directly to the site once I register each person to receive the assessment. The assessment takes about 30-40 minutes to complete. Once completed, a report will be generated that will be used during our follow up sessions.
